The Mercedes-Benz E320 W210 model which was brought to the US in 1998 to 2002 and powered by a 3.2 liter V6 M112 engine that pumps out 221 horsepower which is more than enough to drive the E320 at rapid strides. The E320 was not offered with a CDI engine in North America until a newer W211 model came out. In 1997 Mercedes installed an electronically controlled 5-speed automatic transmission into the E-Class model.
